2020 Poster Design
For my senior portfolio exhibition, I embarked on a project aimed at defining our interpretation of design and encapsulating our college journey in a dynamic poster and postcard. Alongside capturing our personal design philosophies, the project entailed incorporating essential information such as location, date, and time, ensuring a comprehensive and visually engaging experience for viewers.
In crafting this design, I opted for a sleek yet impactful aesthetic. Drawing inspiration from the concept of closure, I created a striking image of a large pencil seamlessly blending into the background, symbolizing the foundational role of sketching in the design process. The choice of bold text mirrors the pencil's strength, establishing a harmonious equilibrium that resonates throughout the poster.
